Many of them came from under a rock,and are rude and disgusting. And the biggest complaint I have are the vile people they allow inside.
Food comps in this place are non existent and the variety of restaurants is horrendous. The people operating Rush Rewards put u through the 3rd degree to obtain a simple players card or worse yet, u hand them your old card and they ask for several forms of ID and issue u only 1 card. Also, what kind of system forces you to put your own money in before using your comp balances? OK.another backward policy is obtaining a new players card. This makes it so incredibly inconvenient for people like myself, who have to travel 50+ miles to get to the casino, only to find out u have $0 comps. What is wrong with them? Every other casino in the area allows you to access your balances on the internet, or on an automated phone system. The joke about this place was that you can't find out in advance the comp amounts where they do not make available phone or online access. Not only were the comps horrible, the machines were as tight as a drum.
Let me say, I visited here with my wife the other day and we both had a miserable time.
